I have known this vehicle since new as I have been driving it as a licensed Private Hire driver for my local taxi firm, hence the high mileage! As you may or may not know as an originally plated Private Hire vehicle it is subject to the equivalent of two MOT's each year by the local authority licensing department, as well as an inspection of all regular servicing documentation.
As the taxi firm I work for is going through their regular replacement of vehicles I decided to buy this one as I knew it to be a particularly nice one, with very clean interior and bodywork as well as the highest spec that you could get at that time!
Once purchased I had it serviced, including new cam belt and water pump, as well as new front discs/pads and a new battery - all about 1,000 miles ago. It starts and drives perfectly and returns in excess of 50 mpg if driven sensibly, along with the benefits of having panoramic roof lights, extra overhead storage units front and rear as well as the Citroen cd/radio upgrade package. The vehicle also comes with a hard wired Parrot hands free bluetooth phone system.
All in all a cracking vehicle and one that would have been nearer £5,000 if it had done less miles. Grab yourself a real bargain as looked after, mainly regular oil and filter changes, it should do the same mileage again.
It is finished in very smart dark metallic blue paint with a dark blue interior and is taxed until April 2012 and MOT'd until May 2012 with full service history and original owners book pack.
By the way I am only selling this little beauty as I have just managed to snap up another replaced vehicle from the same source and I don't need two of them!
